Returns
Due to the nature of our products and the health of our animals, all supplement sales are final. However, if you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please email us at sales@powerhouseequine.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
