Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We ship via USPS and UPS with standard and expedited options available. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Delays & Damages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at sales@powerhouseequine.com with photos of the product and packaging.
